Meet the Doctor
Dr. Neha Didwaniya
Hi, I am Dr Neha
I'm an internal medicine physician, and at my core, I believe medicine should feel personal.
I trained in internal medicine at Creighton University and went on to complete a fellowship in hospice and palliative care at MD Anderson Cancer Center. There, I learned the importance of listening deeply, having honest conversations, and caring for the whole person.
My journey in healthcare has taken me through hospitals, clinics, and leadership roles. I kept coming back to the same belief: patients deserve time, attention, and a physician who truly knows them. Not just their diagnoses, but their story.
Over the years, I've cared for patients across all stages of health, from guiding patients through preventative health care to managing complex chronic conditions and supporting individuals through serious illness.
After becoming a mother, I became more intentional about my own health, and that experience deepened my commitment to prevention and sustainable well-being. My work has since evolved to also include hormonal and metabolic health, helping patients navigate hormone changes, energy, weight, and long-term health with clarity and personalization.
I've worked within traditional healthcare systems for the majority of my career. I realized that to deliver this kind of intentional healthcare, patients need time, continuity, and a trusted relationship, which is often difficult to deliver within those structures.
That's why I chose this path.
I've already practiced medicine in a direct care model, and I've seen what becomes possible when care is built on time, trust, and continuity.
The medicine is different.
The relationships are different.
This model allows me to practice at the highest level of my training, with a thoughtful, thorough, and deeply personalized approach.
I'm also a lifelong learner.
Medicine is always evolving, and your care should evolve with it. I stay actively engaged in continuing education so I can bring you the most current, evidence-based approaches which are tailored to you.
In my practice, you won't feel rushed or unheard.
You will not have to wait weeks or months to be seen. You have a physician who is accessible. When I'm away, trusted local coverage is provided by our partners at Micropractice Mamas Seattle, a group of independent Internal Medicine Physicians.
I see my role as more than treating illness. I'm here to guide you, advocate for you, and partner with you in your health.
Whether you're seeking preventive care, support through menopause, help managing ongoing conditions, or simply want a doctor who truly listens, this is a place for YOU.
