Members can reach out via secure messaging or phone for medical concerns, care coordination, and ongoing support. Messages during business hours are typically addressed the same day, with after-hours communication reviewed within 24 hours.
While limited after-hours access may be available in select situations, Artemis Life Medicine is not an emergency or urgent care service. For urgent needs, patients should seek care at an urgent care center or emergency department, or call 911 in case of emergency.

When your physician is away, coverage is provided by our partners at Micropractice Mamas Seattle, a group of independent Internal Medicine Physicians in Seattle who practice the same relationship-based model, so you always have continuous, trusted access to primary care.
